4 minute AMRAP:
400 meter run buy-in
remaining time: 4 dumbbell front-rack step ups (30/40lb) & 4 KBS (53/70lb)
3 minute AMRAP:
200 meter run buy-in
remaining time: 2 dumbbell front-rack step ups (30/40lb) & 2 KBS (53/70lb)
