Can you tell the difference between these two photos?
In this first photo, Leah's front knee is tracking in front of her ankle. You can tell this easily by noticing the angle of her shin. In the second photo her shin is a lot more toward perpendicular to the ground, that is what we are going for. It is important to get the front foot out there so that the knee is stacked over the ankle (shin perpendicular to the ground), BUT it is very important and a hard one to feel, that you do not follow the front foot with your torso. In summary, get the front foot out there while dropping straight down. Nice job Leah!
