1 minute to get max reps of 1 of the following 6 movements: wall balls (14/20), dead hang pull ups, calorie row, ring push ups, GHD sit ups, or KBSs (35/53).
Each round you do a different movement until all 6 have been done. Every rep over 30 per round earns 1 point. Every rep under 30 subtracts a point from their total, then -
3 minutes to get 3 dead lifts (185/275). Additionally, athletes can do maneaters (25/35) during the 3 minutes to offset any negative points. Each maneater negates one negative point.
