There wasn't anything in particular or specific about Carly's back squat today that stood out. She just overall looked stronger, more controlled and comfortable while squatting. What a feeling it is at first when your body adapts to these barbell movements. Can you remember those first workouts where your body started to feel more comfortable? Nice job Carly, keep at it!
