Did It Hit Him In The Face?

Great photo of Joe here in a very important point of the push press.  Before reading on, can you spot some nice things about Joes movement here?
Do you see how his shoulders and chest are lengthened up?  This means he was really using his upper body well to drive the bar off the shoulders.  Next, look at how close the bar is to his head.  It actually looks like it is on his chin!  Bar path in a push press is crucial.  There's that sweet spot we're aiming for that travels right past the face.  Joe looks like he's on his way to a very successful lift.  Yeah Joe!
