Found an old memory card with some throwback photos on it.  Here's a photo of Chase very early on in his CrossFit career.

Workout:

3 rounds of Tabata (9 intervals each round). Each round using a different movement. Weights for each movement will decrease every 3 intervals. Reps will increase each interval of the round as follows: Intervals 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 will have 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 reps, respectively. Movements and weights: Round 1 - back squats. Intervals 1,2,3 (135/185), Intervals 4,5,6 (95/135), intervals 7, 8, and 9 (45) Round 2 - bench press. Intervals 1,2,3 (95/185), Intervals 4,5,6 (65/135), intervals 7, 8, and 9 (45) Round 3 - sit ups. Intervals 1,2,3 (20/30# DB), Intervals 4,5,6 (10/20# DB), intervals 7, 8, and 9 (abmat). The score for each round is the highest rep interval completed.
