Cycle Sets

Cycling a barbell with touch and go is a great exercise.  Do you feel like you can stay in a good position cycling reps like this?  If not, it is a good idea to reset before each rep.  The set up position is what you especially want to be mindful of.  A lot of times when we get tired we leave the hips too high.  Priscilla is pictured here returning back to a solid set up position, making sure to bend the knees.
