Synchronized CrossFit

This is a photo of Annie and Connor doing synchronized chest to bar pull ups in this years team series event #1.  Even with their slight height difference, they were able to execute flawlessly.  

Workout:

Run 2 miles for time. Every 100 meters the athlete accrue 1 deadlift (155/255), 2 ring rows, 3 push ups, and 4 sit ups to be complete whenever they stop, i.e. If they run 400 meters of the two miles they would need to do 4 deadlifts, 8 ring rows, 12 push ups, and 16 sit ups, then run another chunk of the two miles. They can break up the two miles however they choose.
