/We did a little medball relay today for the West Mariners. Everyone was having a blast!
Partner Workout:
3 Rounds:
800 Meter MedBall Run
50 Push Ups
6 Rope Climbs
6 Bear Crawl (1 rep = 10 meters)
*For all movements other than run, one person working at a time
*Must hold medball at all times, if dropped, 10 burpees.
