Improvise

Today's workout originally called for prowler pushes after a 200m lunge. Considering the weather, we had to make some adjustments to the workout. Shari came up with "burpee jump touches" instead of the prowler pushes. Here's team Blue Pants Black Shirt Got Hops (aka Leah and Alli) showing some great height on those.
