8 rope climbs (the partner on the rope can do one pull up the rope for every completed maneater (25/35#) the other partner completes. They hold position with a leg wrap while waiting). Partners switch rolls every rope climb.

30 med-ball sit ups

100 double unders.

Then, finish with another 1,000 meter row.
