Dark Places

It can be so helpful in the dark places of a workout when you feel like you have nothing left, to have someone come up and say, "you got it, you can do it!"  All of a sudden just like that, you do got it, you can do it!  What is that?  Where does that energy come from?  How can we feel so defeated and drained, and then with a little encouragement feel this uplifting surge of energy and positivity?  Whatever the answer is, again it shows the power of community, and how helpful and beneficial it can be to just give a few words of encouragement to your fellow CrossFitter, especially when they look like they could use a little pick-me-up.
