Always fun having a little incentive in workout.  Don't drop the bar!

Workout:

With a partner for time:
30 reps-shoulder press (65/95) and front squat (65/95). Both partners work at the same time, starting with as many SP as they can do unbroken then right into FS until either each have finished 30 reps total or they have to drop the bar.  If they don't complete all 30 reps they must complete 20 med-ball sit ups before moving back to the barbell.
Then, 20 med-ball sit ups.
