Sweet Spot

It was great to see this morning how many people adapted quickly to carrying the kettlebell on the shoulder.  Most people reported it being really awkward and challenging at first, and then, as Karen shows us here, people found a sweet spot.  Once you got the hand of it, did it feel like the kettlebell sat nicely on your shoulder?  Or maybe just one side ;)

Team Power Monkey Weightlifting coach Mike Cerbus is coming back to Central!  A lot of you are already familiar with the man and his abilities, but if you aren't and you're looking to better your weightlifting skills, this is a no-brainer! 
Mike has been working closely with Annie for a couple years now, along with other athletes, and if you've seen her lifting skills at all lately, it's easy to see the abilities Mike has as a coach.  We hope you take advantage of this unique and fun opportunity!
