Partner Workout:

For time:
Round 1:
21-15-9
DB Thruster (25/35lb)
Calorie Row
*One person working at a time.  Complete all thrusters (21-15-9 each) before moving on to rower

Round 2:
18-12-6
DB Thruster (30/40lb)
Calorie row
*Both partner working at the same time, but on different movements.  Once the last person finishes the designated reps, switch or move on to next set.  Each partner doese 18-12-6 of each movement.

Round 3:
15-9-3
DB Thruster (35/50lb)
Calorie Row
*Solo mission.  Partner 1 completes all reps while partner 2 rest.  Once partner 1 is done, partner 2 starts round 3 and completes all of the reps.
