Kelley Kelley Kelley

Kelley is one of the hardest working ladies in our gym. By "working hard" I don't just mean physical out put, I mean effort. And effort comes in many ways. Kelley always gets to class on time, pays attention during the warm ups and explanations, takes cueing and corrections well, asks questions, has a good attitude ("We love thrusters!") AND pushes her physical limits within reason on a daily basis. Plus, she is still doing the Whole 30, when most of us stopped about 210 days ago.... Here she is finishing today's "Hard Pressed" with Connor watching intently.
