Beast building a little buy in from his athletes today ;)


Workout:

4 rounds of Tabata intervals with 2 minutes rest in between each round. Each Tabata interval starts with a buy-in.
Round 1: Buy-in of 30 foot run starting from prone position then wall balls.
Round 2: Buy-in of 5 double unders then push ups.
Round 3: Buy-in of run then KBSs.
Round 4: Buy-in of 5 double unders then tuck ups.
