Get Gritty

If you’re looking for a good book to read, look no further.
”Grit” is one of the best books I’ve read in a while. I’ve read a few “self help” and “sports psychology” books in the past, but this one is tops for sure.
Whether you are a parent, teacher, coach, or just someone who wants to be successful in life and help others be successful in life, “Grit” will help show you how talent matters much less than passion and perseverance. Not only do you need to find purpose in what you do to be able to find your passion and ability to persevere, you need to have diligent and meaningful practice and surround yourself with “gritty people” (something I feel a lot of us already do!)
Thank you Chiara for loaning me this book! It has really helped me with how I look at the things I’m doing, and how I will talk about things with my kids moving forward!
