Rollin' With the Homies

Admittedly I am the worst at doing mobility work and warming up before starting my training session, but I do recognize the value of both of these things. Not only do they prep the muscles, but they also help prep the mind and the nervous for the work to come.
Here’s the 11am class rolling out and getting ready for today’s class.

Round 1:
30 Toes to Bar for time (2 minute cap)
Rest 2 Minutes
800m Run for time (5 minute cap)
Rest 1 Minute
Round 2:
2 Minute AMRAP: Toes to Bar
Rest 2 Minutes
5 Minute AMRAP: Run for Meters
Rest 1 Minute
Round 3:
Same as Round 1
