My Best Me

Last week when Sylvia was working out at the Fitness Express class, she looked at me and said, "I may not be the fittest woman in the world, I may not be the fittest woman in the country and I may not even be the fittest woman in the state. But I am my best me."
That is what it's all about.
And the Open can be a great way for us to experience that. Most of us will push ourselves a little harder than we would on a "normal" workout, and not necessarily because we're jockeying the Leaderboard, but because we want to give our best effort; be our "best me".
