Workout:

With a partner:
Partners take turns completing reps of the following, only while the other teammate holds a barbell overhead (53/75). Teammates can switch any time after completing 5 reps of overhead squats:
4 minutes to complete as many reps of 150 push ups as possible
4 minutes to run 400 meters (both partners run at same time)
4 minutes for 200 reps of sit ups
4 minutes to run 400 meters
4 minutes to complete 150 ring rows
4 minutes to run 400 meters.
Then, for time: complete any unfinished reps of push ups, sit ups, and ring rows
