It was easy to underestimate both of today's 5 minute workouts. 
In the first piece, 5 minutes sounded like a decent amount of time to get the work done in, but the time flew by and it was a definite challenge to finish the work within the five minute time cap.
In the second piece, it was easy to go out fast and then realize that you were smoked and only 45 seconds in. 
Which piece was more challenging for you??
