This little lady has been working hard getting stronger. She hurt her shoulder a while ago, and has been diligently NOT doing things that will aggravate it while at the same time keeping up her strength. Today she did ALL 54 pull ups unassisted and looked so strong and consistent while doing them! Keep up the good work Ame!!
