It never ceases to amaze me how much fitness is going on at 8am on a Sunday morning!

20 minute AMRAP with a partner
Row for calories.
One partner rows at a time, only rowing while their partner is doing an unbroken set of one of the following:
Double unders
Wall balls
Toes to bar
Or push ups.
Partners alternate after every unbroken set.
