Workout:

Teams of two
5 rounds:
1 minute at each of the following couplet stations:
Ring row/ring push ups
Deadlift (95/135)/box jumps (20/24)
Rest
Assault bike/ski-erg
Rest
Teammates work at the same time on opposing movements and can switch at any time during the minute.
Each round they keep track of completed reps of each movement of each couplet but only score the low rep movement (ideally keeping the reps of both movements equal) of each couplet.
