Today was Andrés' first day doing kipping pull ups. He had the strength to do pull ups on his own, but hadn't ever "kipped" before. He did a great job of starting to understand the coordination of the kipping movement.
Right behind him you can see Brian, who has recently progressed from regular kipping pull ups to butterfly pull ups.
And in the background you can see Sarah who has worked on tightening up her kip and making it more efficient, and that was very obvious today.
