Partner "50" 400m run together Complete 50 reps as a team of the following. You must complete all the reps before moving to the next exercise, but you can do them in any order. Pull Ups Double Unders Hip Extension Push Press (40/30#dumbells) Burpees 1000m row (Alternate rowers until you reach 1000m) Complete 50 reps as a team of: K2E Box Jump Lunge Wall Ball (20/14) KBS (24/16kg) 400 m run together to end
