5 rounds.  3 min per round with 1 min rest in between

For round #’s 1, 3 & 5, AMRAP of:

3 deadhang pull-ups 5 thrusters (95/65) 7 boxjumps

For round #’s 2 & 4, AMRAP of:

3 burpees 5 ring pushups 7 lateral jumps (over thruster bar)
