Workout:

With a partner, Start with 2 rounds each, alternating each round: 12 Overhead squats (115/83) 12 box jumps 12 GHD situps or weighted situps (30/20)

Then 2 rounds each, alternating each round: 9 front squats (135/95) 9 higher box jumps 9 GHD or weighted situps

Then 2 rounds each, alternating each round: 6 back squats (155/205) 6 higher box jumps 6 GHD or weighted situps

Rest while your partner is working. Don’t start the next round until your partner completes their round.
