Workout:

Part 1

1 Clean - 4 Front Squats (light plates) 1 Clean - 3 FS (add weight) 1 Clean - 2 FS (add weight) 1 Clean - 1 FS (add weight) 1 Clean Repeat (Start and end slightly heavier than previous set)

Part 2 - Two rounds of the following with teammate:

5,4,3,2,1 reps of med-ball cleans (8#, 10#, 12#, 14#, 20#) lightest to heaviest. Two-person sled push (50 yards). Passers (like gassers but with football throw and catch) - 5 sprints each teammate. Burpee/high-knees - 5 reps each teammate - teammates alternate, the one not burpeeing is doing high knees. Med-ball sit ups - 30 reps each teammate. Row - teammate kicks field goal after 6 calories have been rowed (max 3 misses then switch).
