Press or Bench 5's or 3's (look to your book to know which lift and rep scheme to do)

cookie: 10 rounds: at the top of every minute do 3 pull ups 6 push ups 9 squats with the remainder of the minute you can do as many thrusters as you feel like, weight is up to you. score at the end is total reps completed in the10 rounds multiplied by weight chosen.
