Workout:

Team 1 – Indian Run – Caldwell loop (approx. 1000m)

While each member of Team 2 does AMRAP of:  5 Power cleans (95/135), 10 wtd lunges (20/35), 1 rope climb

Switch – team 2 does Caldwell loop, while team one gets AMRAP

Then Team 1 – farmer carry (30/40) 400m, one set of dumbbells per 2 people, or 2 sets per 3 people

While each member of team 2 completes AMRAP of:  5 knees-to-elbows, 10 Kettle bell swings , 10 boxjumps

Switch

Record total rounds completed by each team and time to complete Indian run and farmer walk.
