Heading up to the Mountains?

As a team of two: Record # of reps completed as a team,   2min per exercise, 30 sec rest between exercises

10 meter suicide runs – each 10m = 1 point – 1 partner works at a time, division of work decided by the team Partner med ball situps (12lbs/8lbs) Partner Wall balls (20/14) – thru the pull up bars Jujitsu situps Boxjumps (one partner works at a time ) – division of work decided by the team Knees to elbows – one partner works at a time – division of work decided by the team 10 meter suicide runs – same as above

Then: complete ½ the total reps for each exercise as a team for time, no rest between exercises, one partner works at a time Odd numbers should be rounded up to even so each partner does the same amount of work.
