Workout:

With a partner complete a 3 minute cycle at each station.  Partner #1 completes 1 minute for reps, then partner #2 completes 1 minute then complete the final minute alternating work.   Combine all reps for a total number at each station.  There is a one minute rest between stations.   Stations: Row for calories Wall Ball (20/14) Hang Power Clean (75#/55#) Box Jump Push Press (75#/55#)
