Workout:

Complete each of the 5 mini wods with a partner to help spot the bench.  Your work is your partners rest and vise-versa.  Your pull up style will change each round, but all other components remain the same. Pull ups go in this order: Rnd 1: weighted dead hang (40/20) Rnd 2: dead hang Rnd 3: kipping pull ups Rnd 4: chest to bar Rnd 5: your choice

5 bench press (at appropriate weight) 7 pull ups 9 calories on the rower
