Teams of two compete against each other Round 1. Team A: Alternately complete a total of six (3 each) 200 meter runs, passing a heavy baton (Prowler post) at the end of each 200.  One teammate will be running and one will be resting at a time. Team B: Both teammates will be working the entire time Team A is running.  Rotate between shoulder press (65/95), heavy KBS (53/70), and GHD sit ups every time one of the other team members finishes a 200 m run.  Each team member will rotate through each movement a total of two times. Team A and B switch Round 2. Team A: The team should alternately complete a total of six (3 each) 200 meter row.  One teammate will be rowing at a time and one will be resting at a time. Team B: Both teammates will be working the entire time Team A is rowing.  Rotate between push press (65/95), KBS (35/53), and med-ball sit ups every time one of the other team members finishes a 200 m row.  Each team member will rotate through each movement a total of two times.
