Workout:

Squat Cluster

Complete 25 Squats at a percentage of your max.

Weight you chose should put you at 2-5 reps per set. Rest 30 seconds between sets. Go until you complete 25 squats

then, 7 minute running clock. complete 5 burpees at the beginning of every minute. With time remaining after burpees, complete as many double unders as possible. score is total double unders after 7 minutes.
