20 Rope Climb 200 Kettlebell Swing (35/53#) 100m Prowler Push 200 Plate Squats (25/45#) 100m Prowler Push 30 Shuttle Runs

Teams of four.  One person working at a time on rope climb, shuttle run and prowler push.  Two people working at a time on plate squats and KBS.  Do not have to divide up work evenly, just get it done.
