Complete as many reps of the following triplets as possible in three minutes, in whatever order or rep scheme you choose: 20 power snatch (65/95), 50 sit ups, 60 double-unders. (3 min) Rest 2 minutes. 60 Russian KBS, 30 squat box jumps, 20 dead hang pull ups. (3 min) Rest 2 minutes. 20 power cleans (95/135), 30 dips, 60 mat nastys. (3 min) Rest 2 minutes. Complete the reps you did not finish during the three minute work periods in whatever order or rep scheme you choose, for time.
