Killin' the front squat.

Workout:

-Work up to one heavy set of 5 front squat

then..
-10 minute running clock
-At the beginning of every minute complete 5 Kettlebell swings
-With remaining time in that minute complete as many reps as possible of push up, knee to elbow and mat-nasty
-have to "touch" each movement for at least on rep in each minute
-score is total reps completed, not including KBS
then..
800m run for time
