4 Rounds (not for time): 1 Rope Climb 5 Box Jumps 1 Rope Climb 3 Box Jumps 1 Rope Climb 1 Box Jump

Increase height on box jump sets from 5 to 3 to 1.

Row: 250m - 1 minute rest - 500m - 2 minute rest - 1000m - 3 minute rest Run:  200m - 1 minute rest - 400m - 2 minute rest - 800m done

Start run after three minute rest following 1000m row.
