Run and Ton

Workout:

Run one mile as a team of two.  One person runs at a time and the teams can decide how to split the mile. The time is then either multiplied by A) 1000 (for instance, 6 minutes X 1000 = 6000), B) 800, or C) 500.  The total is the number of pounds the team has to lift from ground to overhead.  Each person can decide what weight they would like to use.  One teammate lifts at a time while the other holds either a static squat, plank, dumbbell hold, pull up bar hang, or overhead plate hold.  In between switches, both teammates will alternately run/jog/walk 50 feet for rest.

Cookie: Do the number of ground to overhead reps as burpees for time.
