Run 400m

Partner 50m prowler push

Alternate work with partner for the push press and rope climb

Partner A does 7 push press, then Partner B does 7 push press

Partner A does 1 rope climb, Partner B does 1 rope climb

Push the prowler out together

Run 400m together

Push the prowler back together
