Thank you Kelly Greco and coach Hirthler for the nutrition seminar yesterday. There was a great turnout and today there were already people implementing some of the ideas presented. A few people made it in to the early classes despite eschewing their morning coffees and everyone was perfectly civil. If you did not make it to the seminar, Kelly, the author of the "Eat This" blog, has created a cook book loaded with Paleo info and great recipes. This can be yours for the small price of $20. Workout:

Lotta Tabata - 1 interval equals 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest

2 Tabata Intervals of: Clapping push ups - rest 30 seconds after 2nd interval 4 Tabata Intervals of: Squat-jumping pull ups - rest 45 seconds after 4th interval 6 Tabata Intervals of: Med-ball power clean and throw (14/20, 9ft height/10ft) - rest 60 seconds 8 Tabata Intervals of: OHS (55/75) - rest 60 seconds 6 Tabata Intervals of: Med-ball power clean and throw (14/20, 9ft height/10ft) - rest 45 seconds 4 Tabata Intervals of: Squat-jumping pull ups - rest 30 seconds 2 Tabata Intervals of: Clapping push ups - rest 3 minutes

Add the lowest rep totals held of either round of push ups, either round of squat-jumping pull ups, either round of power clean throws, and the single round of OHS (this will be the sum of four numbers).  Then for time, do the number of reps you just calculated of: push ups, jumping pull ups, wall balls (from the power position), and OHS.
