2011 Is A WRAP!

PhotobucketGreat picture of some great people. A Happy New Year to you all and everyone at CFSCC!2012 is gonna kick off with quite a bang. There are three competitions coming up in the near future. Annie will be participating in the Garage Games at LaLane Fitness on Saturday January 14th. We also have a few folks competing in the Nor-cal 40's on Sunday January 29th. And last but not least, THE Sac-Town Throwdown, a two day event, February 11th and 12th. Let's start getting carpool plans together, amazing times to be had!

Workout:

20 minute AMRAP:

20 Overhead Lunge (45/25# plate)

11 Pull Up

20 Double Under

11 Knee 2 Elbow or Toe 2 Bar

200m run

Upon completion row 2012 meters for time.

-20 minute AMRAP is a partner workout, get as much done in 20 minutes as possible, any how

-Form a 4 person team (team up with another two person team) and complete 2012 meter row for time
