That's A Wrap!

Well, our second 7-week cycle has come to a close. There were a lot of big strides made by many people, and a few that stood out going above and beyond their previous bests. Lindsay Grover was one of them. She topped her 800m run by 27 seconds, bettered her Elizabeth time by 1 minute and 20 seconds (she also did the workout 11 pounds heavier), went from 1 dip to 2 and here she is PR-ing her max pull up by 4 reps. Great work Lindsay, enjoy your success!
