Partner Workout Four Rounds, 6 minute running clock per round.  One partner working at a time.  Round one: 8 bench press (85/135) immediately into max reps push ups. Round two: 5 weighted pull ups (5/25) immediately into max reps jumping pull ups. Round three: 10 overhead lunges (25/45) immediately into max reps mat nasties. Round four: 10 GHD sit ups immediately into max reps knees to elbows. Score is teams combined reps of push ups, jumping pull ups, mat nasties, and K2Es
