Dumbbell Comlpex - 5 Rounds

6 Deadlift

4 Hang Power Clean

2 Lunge

X 5

-FIve times through complex without putting dumbbells down, increase weight every round.  Rest as needed.

Then,

Partner 2K Row for time - switch as needed
