Luc got his first muscle up recently, here he is showing that he's getting the hang of it.Workout:

5 Rounds:

5 Deadlift

4 Power Clean

3 Front Squat

2 Hang Power Clean

1 Jerk

Round 1: 5 times through barbell complex

Round 2: 4 times through

Round 3: 3 times through

Round 2: 2 times through

Round 1: 1 time through

-200m row after each round.

Add weight each round.  Score final weight (weight of fifth round) and slowest 200m row.
