Choose 1. 180# x 20 trips or
2. 90# x 40 trips or some combination of the two
- 1 trip is ~ 40 meters, use two prowlers, one person working at a time.
Take time it took to do prowler workout and do AMRAP of:
10 DB Push Press
10 DB Front Squat
-one person at each movement. Rotate for AMRAP, cannot move to next movement until the person in front finishes their movement.
